Hi, I'm Lisa
Like so many of my clients, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed — to look like you’re managing while quietly struggling inside. I learned early how to read the room and often stepped into the role of peacekeeper.
Later, through my own healing, I discovered the power of self-compassion, perspective, and support — and how freeing it can be when anxiety no longer runs your life. I've walked through my own seasons of change: studying abroad, transferring colleges, getting married, becoming a parent. Each chapter reminded me that you don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need to keep showing up.
That belief shapes how I show up for my clients: with warmth, clarity, and the kind of presence that helps you slow down and reconnect with what matters. Many of the people I work with are anxious, exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Together, we make space for what’s going on beneath the surface, build tools that actually work, and help you start making choices that align with who you want to be. We’ll sort through what’s blocking you and help you reconnect with what matters most — so you can start feeling more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your life.
